WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

Visitors To Our Website

We record information about how visitors interact with our website and use this data with a 3rd party service, Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to help us to better understand what content and products visitors want. We do not use analytics data to attempt to track or identify individuals.

When you complete our contact us form we ask you for your name, email and telephone number so that we can contact you in relation to your enquiry/booking.

We will only send you marketing material with your consent and you can opt out at any time by:

• clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in one or our marketing emails, or
• by sending us an email to bookings@littleoakcamping.co.uk

We use a 3rd party service, Mailchimp, to manage our newsletter subscription.

Booking

The information taken at time of booking is required to be collected for the purposes of processing your reservation with us. We may also disclose your data to CampStead Ltd who may contact you, inviting you to complete a questionnaire and review regarding your stay at our park.
