TOILETS, WATER & FIRESITES
We provide portable toilets on this site which are cleaned regularly.
There is a standpipe providing cold water.
Campfires are allowed on the fire sites which are scattered around the field
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Portable toilets are provided on this site.
- Freshly renovated shower facilities are available for your use on the main site, which is a 5-minute walk away
- Campfires are allowed on our 4 fire sites.
- BBQ’s allowed. Please ask for bricks to protect the grass.
- Dogs, awnings, gazebos and extra cars are FREE
- Free pick up from local transport (with notice).
- Option to book the whole site, great for parties.
- Fresh local produce is available.
- Under-18s staying without an adult are only allowed on the main site and not the Annexe
There is no electricity on the field.
Large camper vans, caravans, commercial and twin-axle vehicles are not allowed.
CAMPER VANS
We welcome small camper vans up to a maximum length of 5m (LWB VW Transporter or similar) onto our field.
Unfortunately we cannot accept anything larger as there is a tight corner restricting access.
We currently do not offer electric hook-ups, hard standing pitches or chemical waste disposal.

The gardens are beautiful, and the location is nice and quiet.
Great place. Easy to find and well equipped. Walk to town is easy as described. Would recommend!
EXCLUSIVE HIRE
You can hire the Annexe for your exclusive use and we have had some lovely weddings, milestone birthday parties and friends get-togethers.
As we have neighbours and the main site is just in the next field, it is not suitable for very rowdy groups.
Please be aware you will be sharing the showers with the main site which is a 5 minutes walk away. You do have your own toilets.

There are no showers on the Annexe. You may use the showers on the main site which are a 5 minutes walk away.
IN THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE NEIGHBOURHOOD
From our spot in North Nottinghamshire there is so much to see and do! The campsite is surrounded by beautiful countryside for you to explore. There are many charming independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs in the delightful market town of Retford which is within easy walking distance. There are also 4 different supermarkets where you can buy your BBQ essentials.
